- SIP authentication calculators and validators for digest authentication
- PCAP file analysis tools for SIP packet inspection
- Pulse active assurance services for infrastructure health checking
- Educational SIP guides, packet examples, and callflow diagrams
- Real-time SIP message analysis and debugging tools
2. Account Registration and Use
2.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
2.2 Authorization Requirements

- Documentation: We recommend keeping records of your authorization to test SIP infrastructure and use credentials
By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations.
2.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to test SIP infrastructure without explicit permission from the network owner or authorized representative
- Use the Service with SIP credentials that you don't own or have explicit permission to use for testing purposes

3. Credential Security and Storage

- Providing only test SIP credentials, not production credentials
- Ensuring you have the right to use any SIP credentials provided
- Notifying us immediately if credentials are compromised
- Updating credentials when they change
4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
4.1 No Guarantee of Issue Detection
While our Service is designed to identify issues in your SIP infrastructure, we cannot guarantee that all issues will be detected. Our Service is a testing tool, not a guarantee of SIP infrastructure perfection.
4.2 No Liability for Testing Activities
We cannot be held liable for any issues, damages, or problems that may arise from our testing activities on your SIP infrastructure. This includes, but is not limited to:
- SIP server performance impacts or overload
- Network congestion or bandwidth consumption
- SIP registration issues or user account problems
- Call routing disruptions or service interruptions
- Any unintended side effects of automated SIP testing
4.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

6. Free Demo Terms

- Business considerations and priorities
6.2 Demo Limitations
Free demos are subject to:

7. Beta User Program
7.1 Beta Access
Beta users are granted access to our Service at the Core tier level. Beta access is provided on an invite-only basis and is subject to the following terms:
- Beta access duration ranges from 1 month to 1 year, as determined by us
- Beta users receive Core tier features and functionality during their beta period
- We reserve the right to cancel or terminate beta access at any time, with or without notice
- Beta access is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned
7.2 Beta User Referrals
While beta access is invite-only, we welcome referrals for VoIP/SIP specialists who may be suitable candidates for our beta program. Referrals do not guarantee beta access, and all beta invitations are at our sole discretion.
8. Payment and Billing
8.1 Pricing
Service pricing is as published on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
8.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are due monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Additional usage beyond plan limits will be billed separately
9. Intellectual Property

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

- Test results, PCAP files, and execution logs may contain sensitive information
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws
- You should not provide production SIP data or personally identifiable information for testing
10.2 Compliance Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Service complies with:

- Industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.)
- Your own privacy policies and data handling procedures
- Any contractual obligations regarding data processing
11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately if:

- You fail to pay fees when due
